facilities are good. provides simple breakfast but it’s good enough
it was hard to find on the first day but the rest are all good

Apartamento Alfama offered breakfast for free, but the kitchen was crowded at the time we went, we had to take the food to our rooms as there was no space to eat the breakfast near to the kitchen. They offered soap and shampoo in glass containers (I would suggest to change to plastic as if it fail the person can hurt/cut themselves), very comfortable beds.
There was no indication on the website that Uber or private transportation couldn't get to the apartamento Alfama's door, kind of private road, only official taxi could drive to the door, any alternative transport we had to walk all the way to and from the Cathedral of Sé.

No window or natural ventilation felt clostophobic and the people above us you could hear every movement on the floors
