I would highly recommend these lovely Apts and especially the great customer service from Sandrine. We can’t wait to go

Have stayed here before, that’s why we returned as we knew what to expect, Beautiful Apt , Spotless clean and with lovely views of McAuliffe Square, it was lovely in the evening looking out the window and seeing the. Christmas tree lit up in the main square, Sandrine the wonderful host even had Christmas decorations up in the Apt which made it really special, all local amenities are on the doorstop, Great location right in the centre of town. The host Sandrine is wonderful, nothing is to much trouble, We are delighted with our stay and wonderful customer service we received , Thank you Sandrine for making our stay special

The only thing I would suggest is that the Apt has no reception and the main entrance door which leads you up to the Apartment should be locked and a key be given to enter the main door, rather than the door being left open

Perfect location to discover Bastogne

Ideally located in the heart of Bastogne , apartment worked really well for us , host was excellent at communicating

Check in experience should be improved

The apartment is at a great location, good size and comfortable. It is well equipped, so you can find everything you may need during your stay in an apartment. We had a good stay.

The entrance is quite unwelcoming with the garbages around - unfortunately we have noticed this because we had to wait quite a long time for the host to arrive with the keys. In my opinion check in time at 5 pm is already quite late but thereafter waiting 30-45 minutes is a quite stretch. I would highly recommend to switch to a keybox solution, it would make it much easier and pleasent to the host and the guests as well without unnecessary waiting times.

Very nice

The location was excellent. Parking was not provided yet I could always find street parking near by. The rooms were very comfortable. There is a cloths washer not previously listed.

There were two auto motion sensors controlling the hall lights. They were a problem. I unscrewed the hall lights during the stay.

Perfect location

The host was extremely nice and very helpful. She brought extra sheets for us which was nice. It was easy check-in and out. The location is great and right next to the information center. Great location if you’re looking for wanting to see the history of Bastogne and the Battle of the Bulge.

Highly recommend the Mac Auliffe Apartment and the wonderful host Sandrine

The Apartment was spotless clean, the location was fabulous, You will not be able to find a more lovelier host than Sandrine she really goes out of her way to ensure you have a lovely stay. Her customer service is exceptional She helped make our stay a wonderful one

A key to open the main front entrance door would be better rather than the door being open

Weinig te doen in het centrum

Goed bed mooi schone keuken groot appartement

Zeer gehorige ramen en de jeugd in het weekend toetert erop los om 3 uur s'nachts. Late incheck mogelijkheden Mevrouw kan alleen frans Zeer onduidelijk waar de voordeur is. Stijle trap geen lift Geen koffieapparaat.

Eine gute, im Zentrum gelegene Unterkunft.

Die moderne Ausstattung. Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Strasse war für 5 Tage kein Problem. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Schlafzimmerfenster liegt zu einem Lichtschacht, der öfter nach Rauch riecht. Lüften bedingt möglich. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster und keinen Lüfter.

Bastogne Urlaub mit Geschichte

Die Lage war gut, Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe war unkompliziert, die Restaurants direkt vor der Türe alle durchwegs sehr gut und perfekt für einen Geschichte Exkurs

Goede locatie vlakbij het centrum

Bevond zich in het centrum van de stad. Op enkele minuten wandelen van het centrum. Heel veel eetgelegenheid op wandelafstand. Het was tevens op wandelafstand van de uitgaansbuurt.

Parkeergelegenheid was er niet echt in de straat, je mocht plaats gaan zoeken. Het huisje was proper op het eerste zicht, maar je mocht niet in de hoekjes/lampen gaan kijken. De bedden waren niet super comfortabel. Alles was in voorraad voor slechts 4 personen, wat soms wel wat weinig was, waardoor je constant moest afwassen.
