One of the safest Paris neighborhoods, located 10 min from the Tour Eiffel. Quiet street near one of the best shopping street in Paris with restaurants, green markets, fromageries etc
Trash disposal was a bit challenging: trash bins are out in the streets only before trash collection at 8 pm. You have to look around for them in the street or near the pizza place around the corner. If you are not back home by this time, you are out of luck.

Квартира со свежим ремонтом в самом лучшем районе Парижа. Тихо, спокойно, много ресторанов и кафе. Стиральная машина, утюг, сушилка, чайник, кофеварка, даже мыльные принадлежности- все есть. Удобно наличие мелочей - соли, специй, сахара.
При выезде просто попросили оставить ключ на столе
В целом - ничего. Особенности. Для заезда нужно встретиться с сотрудником, это не сложно, но если прибытие ночью - не знаю. Замка-кода нет. Со стены упала часть плохо закрепленного светильника, но теперь я думаю, все проверят и подергают.

The location is good, which it is right off Rue Cher a busy street with many shops, restaurants, bakery’s etc! Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Metro is just a 3 minute walk as is the bus stops. Easy connection to get to Europe Disneyland and the Gallery Lafayette etc. For the value and location it great! P. S. AC worked great as we had a couple of days of hot weather and we were very comfortable!
As always not everything is perfect. Here is one item to be aware of is it is listed as the 1st floor(In US this is ground floor, but in Europe it is the US 2nd floor. The greeting party did carry our luggage for us, which was great. Going down was not a problem. To us it was not an issue. Just one fly of stairs. For the location it was worth it.
