Great apartment, very comfortable and clean. Excellently equipped with everything you need. The apartment also has a dedicated space for storing ski/snowboarding equipment. The apartment is in a quiet location, close to hiking trails and the gondola, surrounded by nature and about a 20-minute walk from the city center. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Ivelina is a great host! Always available on Viber.

The apartment was very comfortable, with nice interior design, cosy and impeccably clean, and had everything we needed, including coffee :) We never met the actual host but judging by the messages we exchanged, she was really kind. We also appreciated the availability of free parking.
My negative feedback about the location concerns the overall way this ski resort (as well as holiday destinations throughout Bulgaria, for that matter) is being developed: too much construction, poor infrastructure (streets), patchy parking solutions.
