Fantastic location, clean and comfortable. If have mobility issues ask to not be placed on the 5th floor as no lift.

Amazing location right on lovely shopping street , Bus and metro right on doorstep. Lovely and clean and excellent communication from manager.

The stairs - even though the left went to the 4 th floor it was still very hard getting our bags up the last flight. Would have been handy to have more dishwasher tablets as well. Also a lot smaller than it looks in photos but it is fine.

The apartment had good facilities with the kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom was a great size and nice shower Bed was comfortable and nice lighting Location was ok

Beautiful apartment ideally located for visiting Paris for a few days

Well-designed accommodation in an excellent location. We appreciated the design of the flat and the overall cleanliness of the accommodation and building. The small elevator for carrying luggage is a plus. The apartment is located right next to the subway and many shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Check-in/check-out is self-service but well managed, the instructions are clear, and the staff are responsive via WhatsApp.

There is a restaurant below the apartment that turns (nearly) into a nightclub when it opens around noon until late, really late. On Saturday night, it was really noisy until after midnight. If you're not in the mood for that during your stay, consider another option or ask for the highest floor possible maybe. We were staying just below, and with two young children, it wasn't pleasant at all.

A great apartment, clean, furnished with all the necessary items, in a great location

The hosts had an online information pack available which gave lots of good information on the best restaurants, supermarkets, transport option nearby. There were clear instructions on how to access the property too. We received a couple more messages offering assistance during our stay.

My wife was a little nervous of the elevator, but my kids loved it!

Bright Paris apartment in great location

Excellent location. The small apartment was on the third floor overlooking a busy street. It was beautifully light with good sight lines. Overall it was very clean with a good shower.

Unfortunately my suitcase got trapped in the small lift as when I left the lift I tried to take the suitcase out but the door slammed onto my hand and then wouldn’t open. I had expected the lift to spring open as lifts do in the UK. It took 2 hours and numerous phone calls to sort out. Also even though the apartment was lovely, it wasn’t always practical. No kitchen bin, no instructions for using sofa bed or washing machine. We couldn’t reach the plates in cupboard as far too high.

Next time I will rent a place with fewer problems

Location was convenient

Noise: especially nights were very noisy. Traffic, sirens- police, ambulance and people’s voices carry up even to the fourth floor. Even with the shut windows. Also flashes of light from nearby neon signs were reflecting off the ceiling creating a sense of lightnings entering room. It is hard on eyes. Minuscule space to prepare food. Minuscule elevator: for a small person that is not claustrophobic.

walls too thin, can hear every night ppl shouting sounding like someone getting killed almost call the police, the elevator only goes halfway up to the floor so we still needed to take the suitcases partly up. also it took 30mins to open the door and had to ask someone staying a few doors up to help

Good pied a terre in Paris

Very well located, luminous, nice decor, fairly spacious for Paris standards. The kitchenette is quite complete, and there was a Welcome little starter pack with coffees and teas. The lift is the tiniest, a squeeze for 2 adults, and the last floor is via stairs

There's a fried chicken shop on the ground floor and you can definitely smell it! Our kids didn't mind but the front room is fairly noisy when the window is open, as there's a vibrant night life in the neighborhood.

NIGHTMARE

The ad/photos/description on booking.com was absolutely false, misrepresented and both property manager and booking.com avoided taking responsibility for erroneous info

False/wrong info on 80% of what was posted on booking.com Bed bugs, lights out, no real elevator, poor quality sofa bed instead of a separate bedroom as advertised. All was HORRIBLE

I stayed in this one-bedroom apartment for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. It’s very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with everything you might need. Access is super easy, and the location is amazing. You’re right in the heart of an active area, with shops, cafes, and transport all within a 5-minute walk. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: there’s a fried wings restaurant below the building, so if you open the back window, you might notice the smell. But once the window is closed, it’s no issue at all. Also, on weekends, the street can get quite lively with bars and nightlife. You’ll only hear it if the street-facing window is open, otherwise, the apartment stays nice and quiet. The team handling communication was always helpful and quick to respond. Overall, I fully recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Shambolic start, no apology

The keys were not in the lock box, we went up to the apartment at 3pm to find people in it, they were surprised to see us and we showed them our booking , they rang someone, presumably the owner, and then agreed to leave so we gave them an hour to get their stuff ready, luckily we found a member of the cleaning staff in another apartment, he rang the concierge who organised for him to clean our apartment. We received an email, which I suspect was automated , from Charles, asking us how we liked the apartment, I replied that it was occupied when we got there, I expected that the least the owner would do was to make contact to explain or apologise, we received no contact.

Location, location, location! The apartment was well situated for what was planned during the visit

Location was near perfect as the place was less than 5 minutes walk to the site of most interest. Access to metro/RER was also quick.

None of these points were critical, just worth noting... The apartment size was smaller than expected, but adequate for our use. It was missing an ironing board, which made any last-minute pressing of shirts and pants a bit more of an adventure. The place was also missing a hair dryer, which would have been a welcome additiona.

Perfect stay near Bastille – quiet, clean, and well located

The apartment was clean, bright, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – walking distance to Bastille and many great cafés and bakeries. There’s also an elevator, which was very convenient. The building is quiet and well-insulated from noise. Communication with Charles was excellent – fast, clear, and helpful. We felt at home.

Before leaving, the elevator broke down, I had to go with a heavy suitcase down the stairs. I wrote, asked for help, but no one came. Not a very comfortable sofa for long stays

Reservation gone totally wrong and had to leave without a place to stay

We did not have a chance to get into the property. We’ve followed the instructions we had received to get the key but it was not in the safe as it was supposed to. The manager was not reachable nor on his business phone nor on the Booking.com app. We’ve waited for one hour in a nearby cafe until we decided to leave and look for a different place to stay. Our first evening was ruined because of this terrible management. On the following day I called the main offices (I found a mainland phone number online). They agreed to reimburse us and apologised several times but we still do not know what happened. We are waiting for the refund still, hopefully we will receive it soon. By the way, huge works are going on in the building next door so expect a huge inconvenience.

Very disappointing

Location

1.Sofa bed which couldn't be opened so I had to spend first night on a too short sofa. The host sent someone the next day, who wrestled with it for 10min before managing to open it. This difficulty meant bed had to stay up for the rest of my stay, so it was hard to move around the very small room. 2. AFTER I booked and paid, host informed me about 'building work on building next door, which might cause occasional noise during the day'. This turned out to be 2 workmen standing directly outside my 3rd floor window - literally blocking view and necessitating closed curtains, while they hammered and drilled all day. Phone calls were impossible. Host pleaded ignorance and apologised - his visiting colleague promised partial refund was justified, but host ignored this and no acknowledgenent or refund was forthcoming

Noisy construction work next to the apartment, except that everything was perfect

The location is perfect, and the size of the place is good compared to Parisian places. Nice kitchen, comfy bed. Every need was met for us. The host company is incredibly efficient; after we texted them regarding a drainage problem, they dispatched someone immediately, and the problem was fixed within an hour.

Regretfully, there is construction work next to the apartment, and the noise from the work caused us to wake up at 8:30 a.m. on weekdays. They don't work on weekends. It's really noisy, sometimes it's becoming hard to hear even TV. (The room faces the backyard, where other apartments are. One of them is undergoing a major renovation, photo attached from the window)

Маленькая студия для нетребовательного туриста

Отличная цена, место расположение очень удобное! Хорошо оснащенная кухня всем необходимым. Очень подробные иструкции по самостоятельному заселению от хозяина. Хороший wifi, наличие стиральной машины, дополнительный обогреватель.

Очень много сломанного (в ванной душевая стойка плохо закреплена, плитка в некоторых местах треснута, шкаф со стиральной машиной дверца не закрывается потому что машинка видимо была заменена и не помещается полностью в нишу, дверца шкафа холодильника тоже сломана и нормально не открывается и не закрывается) Я к сожалению невнимательно все изучила при бронировании и думала что кровать в отдельной комнате, а это оказалась микроскопическая студия где раскладной диван-кровать который приходилось раскладывать и складывать, отодвигать довольно громоздкий журнальный стол. В ванной не хватает крючков чтобы повесить полотенце рядом с душевой, единственное где можно это сделать на полотенцесушитель, это не совсем удобно. В первый день не работал лифт, и было достаточно неудобно и тяжело нести тяжелый чемодан по узкой и крутой лестнице на 3-й этаж.

Gute Lage, aber Zustand Appartement über

Die Lage ist gut. In Fussdistanz zum Gare de Lyon und auch zentral zur Stadt und der Metro.

Der Zustand vom Appartement war nicht gut und? wirkt nicht unterhalten. Die Vorhänge hängen im vorderen Raum total runter, sind nicht nutzbar und der Raum kann zum Schlafen nicht abgedunkelt werden. Türdrücker, bzw die Rosetten fallen ab.

Man konnte die Wohnung nicht abschließen! Das hat sich auch in den 5 Tagen trotz Hinweis nicht geändert... Achtung beim Buchen bzgl Bilder und Zimmergröße/ Beschreibung genau drauf achten. Etwas irre führend was ist Studio und was Studio Appartment (was eigentlich ein Studio ist)
