Forcément en cette période de chaleur, le manque de climatisation.

El edifico esta bien mantenido, esta limpio y la ubicacion esta muy bien. Estas a 200.mts de la bastilla un lugar donde circular mucha gente y por las noches desde el jueves al domingo se llena de bares, disco y vida nocturna. Tenes 3 líneas de subes que te comunican para todos lados. A 100 mts tenes un monoprix y carrefour express . Charles siempre muy atentos a nuestros mensajes.
El departamento A52 que nos tocó no tenia aireacondicionado y el calor se hizo sentir. Creo que debería buscar una solución urgente porque los dias de calor no se descansa bien, por otro lado si uno abre las ventanas para refrigerar ingresa mucho olor de los locales gastronomicos. Es un detalle importante ya que con 35/40 grados en paris se hace muy dificil esta en el dto..

Perfect location with bars and restaurants right outside the door. There is a tiny lift but it’s a feature and quite funny.
You could not angle the shower as it had a fixed upward position leaning you have to hold it to shower. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but fine for someone smaller
