Nestled in an authentic Parisian neighbourhood, this elegant and spacious two bedroom apartment provides an ideal base to discover Paris. Situated in the vicinity of Square Trousseau in the historic Faubourg St Antoine (12th arr.), you are conveniently placed to enjoy nearby attractions such as the Marche d'Aligre, Promenade Plantee, and Opera Bastille. 200m to Metro Ledru Rollin, and main line station Gare de Lyon, as well as buses and Velib bicycle hire. Memorable stay in this gorgeous Parisian apartment. This place exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and well equipped with lovely furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We loved this part of Paris so much - the market around the corner was amazing and we loved trying out the local restaurants and coffee shops. Easy access to the metro or train station and lots to see in walking distance. It was such a peaceful oasis. The only problem with this apartment is that it’s very hard to leave and you will wish that you booked for longer!

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent patisseries, restaurants, supermarket and fresh food market at your doorstep. Option of 3 different metro stations within short walk.We were greeted warmly on arrival by Natasha who couldnt have been more helpful. It felt like a home away from home with everything you could possibly need and made our time in Paris all the more enjoyable. Would love to stay again someday.

This lovely apartment in the 12th was everything our family of four could have asked for. We have stayed in a number of other Paris locations, but we all agreed that this apartment was-- by far--our favorite. It was bright, comfortable and well-appointed. We shopped at the local market and prepared most of our meals at home, an experience we all enjoyed, particularly because the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved getting to know this quieter side of Paris and found ourselves exploring many of the wonderful areas near the apartment.David was extremely responsive during the booking stage and thoroughly answered all of our questions. The apartment was exactly as it had been described and Natasza, who met my son on arrival, was very helpful in explaining things in the apartment and helping to acclimate us to the neighborhood and its many delights.Staying in this apartment allowed us to feel, for just a few days, like we actually lived in Paris. There is no better way to enjoy this enchanting city!Thank you, David. We'll be back.
