Die Lage ist super, das Appartment sinnvoll möbliert. Backofen war sauber.
Im Haus ist eine Pizzeria, die an denselben Lüftungskanal wie die Wohnung angeschlossen ist, daher riecht die gesamte Wohnung permanent nach Pizzaofen; das soll zwar durch einen separaten Lüftermotor vermieden werden, der ist jedoch zu schwach und macht trotzdem deutlichen Lärm in dem einen Raum. Nicht ausreichend Geschirr; keine Kanne, um Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen. Insgesamt nur ein (Stiel-)topf. Kein Geschirrhandtuch. In den Ecken lagen dicke Staubflocken.
