До центра идти минут 20. Квартира большая, с высокими потолками, с отоплением. Район спокойный, в 5 минутах ходьбы есть Лидл и большой магазин местной сети Васко. Интернет быстрый. Тихо, хотя соседей немного слышно. Газовая плита, микроволновка, необходимая кухонная утварь есть. Чисто и уютно. Очень приятная хозяйка, встретила у подъезда.
Единственное, что хотелось бы улучшить - наличие вешалок для одежды. Шкаф есть, а вешалок нет…
