Casa Maha by Wonderful Italy

We came across a few negative reviews before booking, but decided to go ahead anyway—and we’re glad we did, as we had a genuinely good experience staying in the apartment. Although we had to wait a short while for it to be ready, this was more than made up for by Matteo, who greeted us and handed over the keys with great friendliness. The apartment is well located, about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. It was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious, comfortable bathroom. Both bedrooms had plenty of natural light, and one even includes a balcony. While it’s true there’s no separate living room and no lift, this wasn’t an issue for us, as the apartment is only on the second floor and we were perfectly comfortable spending time around the kitchen table.. Given the price, we felt the apartment offered good value and we were very satisfied with our stay in general.

Die Lage war für uns super. Direkt um die Ecke eine Pizzaria Casa Tua, super nett und preiswert.

Bei der Ankunft sm 1.4. versprach man uns, dass sich die Heizung abends einschaltet (Nachts 8 Grad) dem war aber nicht so. Auf whatsapp Anfragen kam keine Antwort (vor dem checkin min 10 Nachrichten und danach Totenstille. Nach einem Anruf bei der Wohnungverwaltung erfuhren wir wieder mit einem Tag verzögerung, dass die Heizung sb dem 1. April nicht mehr eingeschaltet wird. Die Wohnung bräuchte eine Grundreinigung und kleinere Reparaturen (Duschstange hängt nur an einer Schraube etc…) Leider kein Kontakt zum Eigentümer… Matratzen sehr hart.
