一棟貸切 STAY UWU 002 retro house

房屋風格很一致，氛圍很棒，有住進古民宿風又帶有現代化的感覺。環境不吵鬧床鋪也很柔軟，睡得很好！另外因為屋子小的關係，所以沒有辦法設置洗衣機與晾曬衣服的地方，因此有提供附近投幣式快洗店的地圖。另外還有與附近日式旅館的合作，可以憑提供的文件免費前往泡湯～ 另外地點很方便，走路可以到高知車站、週日市集＆弘人市場、周圍還有許多CP值很高的早餐咖啡店。

整體來說空間偏小，不過訂房時的照片使用廣角關係看起來很大造成錯覺，所以入住後有些小失望。另外因為住了三個晚上需要洗衣服，提供的投幣式快洗店資訊似乎已沒在營業或是距離偏遠，加上洗完衣服後需要晾曬也沒空間與衣架，因此多住幾晚就變得很不很方便。 然後雖然與住宿方溝通都很順利，但小細節待加強，像是提供的資訊已過期沒更新，還有提供的濾掛咖啡也一起過期了...

Very cozy accommodation! Excellent location, within walking distance to public transport and shops. Stairs are a little steep, so be careful!

Be aware there is no laundry facilities, so you'll have to find a coin laundromat.

一棟貸切の施設なので家族だけで占有でき、他人を気にする必要がないことが一番良かった。 機会があれば、系列の他のテーマの施設にも泊まってみたい。 内装は最新の設備に改装されており、アメニティーも充分に用意されていて、快適だった。 駐車スペースが無料で利用できるのも◯

特に無し。 敢えて言えば、アメニティーにコーヒーが用意されていたが、緑茶やほうじ茶の用意があれば、なお良いと思う。

The check-in process was straightforward and I was able to locate the facilities without trouble. There wasn't too much immediately in the area (eg walking around a bit for a restaurant or coffee), but the city of Kochi is a very different one from its larger peers. The actual house was cozy: there was a main area next to the kitchen that served as a main living area. The bedrooms themselves were big (and there was a separate tatami area I imagine used for futons for additional guests). The bathroom shower was very good - water pressure and heat was strong. No issues at all with the toilet.

The walls were incredibly thin: I could hear everything outside (people walking by, cars, motors, etc.). In particular we stayed when it was uncharacteristically windy in Kochi so whenever the wind blew it would bang across the front wall and reverberate through the house. This house was situated in a quiet street, but even so it was very loud at night (and weirdly bright). The tatami area was more or less wasted space if you didn't have extra guests. It would have been great if there were a kotatsu and a small entertainment area upstairs separate from the kitchen.
