高知城や日曜市 ひろめ市場などが近く 歩いて行ける
確かにペントハウスではあるけれども ゴキブリがたくさんいるビルの4階までエレベーターで5階の部屋まで階段とは記載が無くて知らなかったので 脚が悪い私としては最悪な物件 階段は屋根も無くて雨が降らなかったのが幸い 部屋もソファ一脚とオットマンだけ 5人で宿泊しましたが クッション等も無いので座る所が無くて居場所が無く休む事が出来ず 寛げなかったです ロフトに上がる階段の片方に手すりも何も無く子供が上るのはヒヤヒヤしました トイレや和室の入口や照明が低く何度か痛い目にあいました 便利ではあったけれど 居酒屋等の入ったビルなので 夜中まで騒ぎ声がうるさい 叫び声等が聞こえる
