Experience the tranquility of this sunny two bedroomed Rotorua accommodation. Ideal for two couples who want to experience all that Rotorua has to offer. With a comfortable queen bed in each room. It’s your home away from home for up to four guests.
The unit offers you city center affordable accommodation that is double glazed, providing a peaceful and enjoyable living environment all year round.
The bright and airy open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area over looks a fenced front yard facing the street. The kitchen is well-equipped for those who wish to cook.
The master bedroom boasts ample space and both bedrooms face out to the private fully fenced rear yard that is all set up for evening drinks and BBQ’s.
The bathroom is modern with a separate toilet. The separate laundry is housed behind the garage and allows access to the back yard. There is off street parking for one vehicle.
Blankets and pillows are provided, along with a smart TV. Essentials like tea, coffee, paper towels, toilet rolls, are available for you and your guests. Just bring your own linen and towels.
Bring your bikes as there is a secure lockable single garage to store your bikes ( or a car) and other sporting equipment. There is a bike pump present. It’s only a 10 minute ride, or 6 minute drive, to the best mountain bike park in the Southern hemisphere (Whakarewarewa mountain bike park). Here you can enjoy all that the park has to offer, along with good coffee. Next door is the Secret spot hot tubs and you soak with a drink at the end of the day.
The unit is conveniently located within walking distance to the main city restaurants and bars. Just 1 km from Rotorua township/mall, and within 2- 4 km of most major tourist attractions, including Te Puia geothermal area, the Redwoods tree walk, Rotorua lake front, Kuirau park, Arawa racecourse , and the golf course. You are only a short drive to many of the beautiful lakes around Rotorua for swimming, boating, and fishing.
As the unit is in a quiet residential area and there is a noise restriction - no unreasonable noise after 10pm - this will be enforced.

Perfect of our team of two couples. The attached garage was a complete bonus in the pouring rain. Four E-bikers with a lot of gear to dry before heading out again. Central location and lovely neighbours.

We had the best holiday. The unit was perfect for our needs, being so close to amenities, and so comfortable. Contact with the owners was pleasant and helpful. We certainly recommend them to all who want a peaceful holiday in RotoruaWould

Exactly as described: cozy, quiet, convenient. The unit was perfect for our group of three, including a couple of us with mobility issues. Well set-up and equipped, and friendly, prompt communication from hosts. Will definitely stay again!

While the property was very clean and well put together there was one major issue we ran into. No where in the listing did I see anything requiring that we provide our own sheets and towels for the rental so this caught us by surprise when I received the check-in instructions. Even more complicated by the fact that I was traveling internationally and didn’t receive the email until the day before check-in due to connectivity issues in the airports. Finding out this at such a late notice was certainly an unpleasant surprise and will likely lead to problems at the property in the future. Thankfully my sister was able to lend us some because or we would have had to go out and purchase these items adding expenses to our trip. I have stayed in multiple properties and this was a first. I understand wanting to keep fees low but there was still a substantial cleaning fee for needing to provide our own linens. Future renters make sure to plan ahead.
