Location, tidiness, facilities including the spa and sauna
Cutting knifes are not sharp enough. Mattress is too soft for me.

Close to the city
The showers need good exit moulding and the bathrooms could do with a complete scrub down, they are quite mouldy. There was condensation dripping in bedroom 2 down on to the carpet.
