About this house rental
Boasting of nearly unobstructed sunrise and sunset views, with the city lights of Palomas, Mexico illuminating our southern horizon nightly, the home is centered in the middle of a 1.25 acre lot on the upper northern most outskirt of town called Pershing Heights (named after General "BlackJack" Pershing who led the 1916 military expedition to capture Columbus's most the infamous visitors. Francisco "Pancho" Villa).
PLEASE BE AWARE: Your host has access to the kitchen from his apartment. This is in order to provide breakfasts service. There is an entry door to the kitchen for your privacy.
The house proper, is surrounded by a bloc wall that provides your privacy, and a barrier between your comfort and all the desert thorns, stickers and critters.
Your quarters includes HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTIC Wi-Fi (100mbps), the Living Room, a full business office suite, Library/Movie room, two well appointed bedrooms (a master and a guestroom), a full bathroom (completely remodeled to include granite counters and a spacious walk-in shower), shared access to the kitchen with your host, and covered parking for your car. (Stays longer than 2 days have access to washer/dryer too).
Additional services available include (but not limited to):
- Cooked meals
- Kitchen cleaning
- House cleaning
- Laundry service/use (free to extended stays of a week or more)
- Driver
- Escort to Pink Store shopping and dining in Palomas, Mexico (You must have valid ID. Drivers license or passport)
- Room cleaning services
- Sleep Under the Stars outside on inflatable queen size and tall bed
- Fire pit(s) wood and/or propane fuel
- Central Heating fuel (propane) for thermostat set over 65 degrees. Space heaters are provided for no-cost additional heat.

He was a great host and we soon became friends. We would like to have Addison as our neighbor! He shared his kitchen with us and some conversation before and after our daily hikes. His house has quite a few "nooks" outside to enjoy the beauty of the desert. The bed was perfect too. We had a choice of the two bedrooms. One with a softer bed and one with a firmer one. We enjoyed our time there and hope to return.

This property is spacious and comfortable, exactly as described. Addison is a super accommodating host and an excellent communicator. He reached out right after I booked on short notice and let me know about the area. On arrival, he gave us a full tour of the property and made sure all of our needs were addressed. I didn’t know how many people were going to be staying, or even how long, as we were in town on account of my uncle’s abrupt passing, but Addison was very understanding of our chaos. The property is well maintained and clean, with many helpful signs throughout to help navigate. Having Addison on site was also super helpful, as he is a font of knowledge about Columbus and the local area. I highly recommend a stay here.
