Ideal location for our needs, in a quiet neighborhood. Very well appointed, e.g., TV and small fridge in each room, plus everything that was needed in the kitchen. Good supplies in the bathrooms. The ADA compliant second bathroom was valued. AC / climate control was good. We felt welcomed and at home. Communication with host was good.

Property was nicely equipped,spacious, and quiet. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and stocked. No problems getting into the property and enjoyed the TV, piano, and acoustic guitar. Had a great week with easy access to trails, the university campus, local restaurants and groceries.

Very nice, quiet area. Had what we needed to cook a few meals. Walmart and several restaurants were about a 10-minute drive. If you are a golfer, the Sonoma Ranch Golf course is a good course and about a 15-20 minute drive. The host(s) reached out to us to make sure we arrived and to see if we needed anything, that was a very nice welcome. The master bedroom's bed was very comfortable. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

We were very happy and grateful to the host for allowing us to check in a bit early given our situation. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and the home was clean and very cozy!
