My family's stay was most comfortable. The house was roomy ,and all beds were comfortable. There was ample baths for all with plenty of hot water. The amenities were appreciated, The location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was very convenient. The roof top deck provided beautiful viewing of sun rise and sunsets. My only recommendation would be , room darkening curtains on the east side of the house,for those who choose to sleep in. I would highly recommend this rental.

Home and beach is amazing!! Don’t be discouraged by curb appeal. Landscaping not great but the home itself is perfect. View from rooftop deck is incredible.Short distance to many attractions.

What a beautiful and welcoming home. We celebrated a birthday with 8 adult family members.All loved the views, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, cute neighborhood, and especially proximity to the beach! Our stay was too short.. our only problem!

The unit is modern, spacious, well laid out, convient location to the beach and great food in Newburyport. Air conditioed for those stiffling hot days and plenty of sliders to enjoy a cool nights breeze. Excellent for a family stay
