*Dock space available for max 23’ LOA boat. Must let us know prior to arrival that you will be bringing a boat.
Kayaks (2-4) and a kayak launch are available for guest use.
Fishing permitted from the parking lot on the bulkhead (no fishing off the docks)

On the first floor, you will find a primary suite with a king bed and a private bathroom! Next to it, the spacious kitchen is equipped with new appliances, a coffeemaker, a blender, a toaster oven/airfryer, a lobster pot, and just about anything else you could think of. The dining space can seat 10+ people with spectacular views of the river. The dining/kitchen space also has four barstools.
The first floor features a sitting area with a couch (pull-out queen sofa bed) and an adoring coffee table where you can relax, along with an oversized couch in a cozy living room with a fireplace and television.
On the second floor you will find three spacious bedrooms. The first is a room with a king bed, the second room contains four twin beds, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin xl trundle bed.
The house has three bathrooms (two downstairs and one upstairs). One includes a tub.
All televisions are smart TVs with streaming ability.
This home also includes an outdoor fire pit, an indoor fireplace, and a gas grill.
Starter essentials provided:
shampoo, body wash, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper (Starter items are intended to get you through the first day of your stay.)

This home is stunning and immaculate. The rooms are spacious, bright, and have every amenity you could ask for and more. We stayed with extended family for a wedding and everyone had tons of room. We also had two young kids and dogs with us, who loved exploring the large yard. The street is quiet and plenty of parking. Straight shot to downtown shopping and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property for our family get togethers in the old family neighborhood! Clean, super spacious, comfy beds and very responsive hosts. Fit our needs perfectly!! Cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The river view was so lovely - brought back many memories. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home in Newbury, MA! My husband and I stayed here with our four teenagers, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.The view of the river was stunning, such a peaceful and relaxing backdrop. We loved the location, which was ideal for exploring both Ipswich and Newburyport. Whether we were heading out for local adventures or just enjoying time together at the house, it truly felt like the perfect retreat.We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend—this place is a gem!

The house was perfect just as the listing shows online, plenty of space. A beautiful, private setting on the Parker River. Wonderful for painting, relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful calm of the water. We enjoyed our time there!
