This location is breathtaking!!! Directly on the quiet Parker River. Go boating, kayaking, bird-watching, or simply relax and watch the boats pass by. You will not find a rental of this caliber in the area. Escape to this spacious 4-bedroom, three-bathroom home with your family and friends.

*Dock space available for max 23’ LOA boat. Must let us know prior to arrival that you will be bringing a boat.
Kayaks (2-4) and a kayak launch are available for guest use.
Fishing permitted from the parking lot on the bulkhead (no fishing off the docks)

On the first floor, you will find a primary suite with a king bed and a private bathroom! Next to it, the spacious kitchen is equipped with new appliances, a coffeemaker, a blender, a toaster oven/airfryer, a lobster pot, and just about anything else you could think of. The dining space can seat 10+ people with spectacular views of the river. The dining/kitchen space also has four barstools.
The first floor features a sitting area with a couch (pull-out queen sofa bed) and an adoring coffee table where you can relax, along with an oversized couch in a cozy living room with a fireplace and television.
On the second floor you will find three spacious bedrooms. The first is a room with a king bed, the second room contains four twin beds, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin xl trundle bed.
The house has three bathrooms (two downstairs and one upstairs). One includes a tub.
All televisions are smart TVs with streaming ability.
This home also includes an outdoor fire pit, an indoor fireplace, and a gas grill.
Starter essentials provided:
shampoo, body wash, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper (Starter items are intended to get you through the first day of your stay.)

What an AMAZING home to spend our gals birthday getaway! It was perfectly situated to enjoy so much the Newbury/Newburyport area has to offer—wildlife reserve walks, Plum Island beach walks, downtown river strolls, top restaurants, art galleries, shops, outdoor concerts! We packed so much into a long weekend! The home itself was beyond beautiful, exceptionally decorated, immaculate, comfortable bedding, comfortable in ALL ways! …and that deck! What a gorgeous refuge to come “home” to after gallivanting all day! Attentive communication during all aspects of our rental experience was unsurpassed! Highly recommend! Hope to be back! Thank you!

This property is pure joy! Beautiful home, porch looking out over the river, and so relaxing. The open floor plan is really great! The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is very comfortable for gatherings. The beds are great… very comfortable. Well maintained and very clean!Close to Newburyport and Plum Island!What a wonderful house! Would recommend for those who want a beach vacation. Excellent home for those with children too.

This home is stunning and immaculate. The rooms are spacious, bright, and have every amenity you could ask for and more. We stayed with extended family for a wedding and everyone had tons of room. We also had two young kids and dogs with us, who loved exploring the large yard. The street is quiet and plenty of parking. Straight shot to downtown shopping and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property for our family get togethers in the old family neighborhood! Clean, super spacious, comfy beds and very responsive hosts. Fit our needs perfectly!! Cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The river view was so lovely - brought back many memories. Thanks for a great stay!
