This condo complex includes two townhouse units that are attached. You will be renting this entire building! Each unit has a separate entrance, driveway, yard, and porches but you can easily walk from one side to the other.



The outdoor space here is truly special, with multiple decks and patios where you can enjoy meals, sunbathe, or unwind with family and friends. We’ve also provided plenty of beach gear including bikes, sand toys, and chairs, so you’re all set for fun in the sun. And when it’s time for a cookout, you’ll find BBQ grills ready for your use!



With parking for up to 7 cars (across 2 driveways), everyone can easily get to the property, and the beach is just a short walk away (about 100 steps). Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or enjoy the beautiful beach, this duplex offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
