Completely Renovated! –Fun is Always N Season when you visit this 7 Bedroom, 5 Full Bath, Almost Oceanfront property with a Private Swimming Pool (pool may be heated for a fee of $650/week + tax) and Hot Tub. Only a few steps from the beach, which is never crowded because the island is only 3-houses deep in this stretch of Emerald Isle! The elevator and outdoor ramp from the driveway make for easy access to the entire house. The Large “Cook’s Kitchen” has plenty of counter space and is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make meals for 20! Enjoy the big screen media room, pool table and foosball for evening entertainment. Great views of BOTH the Ocean out front and Bogue Sound behind!

Ground Level: Media Room has a 90” Roku TV and Surround Sound. Game Room has a Pool Table and Foosball Table with a large Roku TV. Bedroom #1 has 2 Double/Twin Bunk Sets. Bedroom #2 has a Queen. There is one Full-Bath on this level as well as a kitchenette.
Level One: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in double shower and free-standing tub, and a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed & a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 has a King bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower, and Views of the Sound.
Level Two: Spacious Great Room with a vaulted ceiling has a Living Area, a Kitchen Area and a Dining Area (seating 16+) with wall-to-wall Ocean and Sound Views. The Large Covered Porch is just off of the Living Area and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining table for 8 & Great Ocean Views from east to west. Bedroom #7 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower and free-standing tub, and Great Views of Bogue Sound.

Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Great house. Family loved everything except that the pool heat did not work and it was not made clear that the house was not on the beach but across the street.
