Some key features include eight sizable bedrooms, private beach access, and even a crabbing dock! Spend your days taking invigorating dips into the private pool, or relishing magical sunsets from the crow's nest rooftop deck. Pair your sunny afternoons with tropical beverages over the bar, and delicious meals prepared in the outdoor kitchen - equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and ample outdoor seating. The fun will continue over games of cornhole and Ping-Pong.
Inside, the open main living area boasts two couches overlooking a large TV and gas fireplace. Steps from here, the chef's kitchen displays granite countertops, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, coffee makers, a crockpot, and a blender. The separate laundry room and three ensuite bedrooms are also on this floor.
The second, separate living area also has a large TV with an Xbox gaming system, a kitchenette, and the rest of the home's bedrooms. This level boasts direct access to a street-side covered porch and stairs to the rooftop, ocean view deck.
