About this house rental
You can access the modern 2 bed town house via steps or a slopped path. The master is a spacious bedroom with a balcony overlooking a grove, with an a/c unit, fitted wardrobes and a bath/shower en-suite. The generous sized twin bedroom has a lovely view of the swimming pool, with an a/c unit, fitted wardrobes and a shower en-suite. Fully equipped kitchen and downstairs WC. The living room has an a/c unit with large sliding doors opening up onto the patio where you have an outside dining area. Our guests have access to 2 large communal pools, with ample sunbathing areas. Sunbeds and umbrella's provided. Private underground on site parking. The peaceful complex is located in the heart of Polis, it is perfect for exploring the town which offers many various bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within 1km. The beach is just a short 2km drive. Latsi beach and harbour is 4.3km and Agraka, perfect for watching the sunset over the Akamas is 4.5km. Polis is located approximately 50 minutes away from Paphos.

We have just enjoyed our second stay at this property and I’m sure it won’t be the last. It has everything we need for a relaxing holiday and the terrace area leading from the lounge is quiet and well equipped with table and chairs and a BBQ. The house is clean and well presented and the welcome pack was a bonus. The pool is only a few steps away and has plenty of sun beds and parasols. We did have a very brief issue with the water one morning but the owner managed the situation immediately and the communication was fantastic. We are looking forward to returning next year.”

We stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment from September 22 to October 6, 2024. The place was exactly as described, check-in and check out went smoothly. Everything was very clean, the swimming pool was great and the hosts Georgia and Jordan were very freindly and very helpful. It was also very quiet and at walking distance from a well stocked supermarker and various good restaurants. We can only recommend this place to others who are looking for a good place ti stay in Cyprus.

The apartment was lovely and as described with welcome pack included which was great for our late night arrival when everything was shut. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit in the double bedroom didn't appear to work properly. Not sure if this was because of where the unit was located in relation to the bed but didn't seem to cool the room and resulted in sleeping in the twin bedroom instead.
