About this apartment rental
The apartment is part of a small complex, situated in a peaceful spot. It has free WiFi and multi channel internet TV. It is comfortable and spacious with 3 large balconies, and there is also a private roof terrace with fantastic sea views of Polis bay. There is a communal pool, parking space and lift. It is 5 -10 minutes walk to the cypriot restaurants clustered round Polis town square, and a 5 -10 minute walk to Polis beach. The fishing village of Latchi, famous for its fish taverns, is a few minutes drive or 20 minutes walk along the beachfront promenade. Latchi is also a water sports centre with scuba diving, power boating, sailing, and boat trips leaving from the marina. A few minutes further down the coast is the Akamas peninsula, a nature reserve with scenic walking trails, and the Baths of Aphrodite. The roof terrace is for your use alone, and has a picnic bench table, parasol and 4 sun loungers - the hot tub is not included.

We stayed for 5 weeks and had a great time, close enough to the beach and only 10 mins walk into Polis town were you can get some great food

We had a great stay in the flat. It's perfectly located for a short walk to Polis town and the supermarket and a short drive to Latchi which has great bars and beaches - we found ourselves going down to the harbour for frappes every day.
The dual aspect of the apt means you can enjoy both morning and evening sun.
The hot tub is accessible on a different floor to the apt, with one other apartment having their own separate space on the roof.
Would reccommend to others!

Very well equipped apartment. Comfy bed, good shower. Sitting out on the main balcony day time or evening was a joy with lovely sea views. Sunroof nice place to sunbathe (even half way through November) & hot tub an added bonus. Views to sea and along the coast are fantastic from the sunroof! The apartment is located very well in that it is in a very quiet area of Polis but you are in the bars and tavernas in the town centre within a 10 minute stroll. We had a lovely week here.
