About this apartment rental

250 m from the apartment landing of 62 m² with generous volumes. In a small 19th century building, the stone walls and the decoration will bring you a change of scenery in a warm and maritime atmosphere. Double bedroom on the mezzanine and sleeping area below for 2 single beds, open kitchen (very well equipped) in the dining room, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Ideally located at the foot of shops, the market, hiking departures and car and bicycle rental companies, you will travel with peace of mind.

L'appartement est parfait pour vivre un séjour Belle ilois. Idéalement placé au cœur du village de Palais, il propose un cadre atypique. De plus il est tres bien équipé (lave vaiselle, machine à café, télévision...) Je recommande fortement !

Emplacement idéal , logement propre et spacieux. Livret d’accueil ultra complet pour une arrivée toute en sérénité. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans logement à la dernière minute (notre 1re réservation via un autre site nous ayant fait faux bond) et qu’elle très agréable surprise d’avoir finalement atterri dans ce logement tout confort ! On se serait cru dans notre maison secondaire 😁

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! L’appartement est bien situé, propre et pratique. Seul point noir, le canapé du salon! Inconfortable au possible!!! Si vous souhaitez vous reposez après ballade en vélo ou autre je vous suggère de le faire directement au lit!!! 😬 En dehors de cela, c’est parfait!

très bien situé au pied de nombreux commerces très sympathiques. Rue animée la journée mais calme à partir de 19H. Odeurs très agréables du salon de thé en dessous de l'appartement. Nous avons testé leurs brioches sorties du four: un régal! Niveau vaisselle: très bien équipé. Photos conformes au logement. Pour les achats: prévoir le chéquier ou espèces car la carte ne passe pas quand il y a trop de monde sur l'île. Aspirateur à vérifier. Un peu fatigué.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous sommes venus sans voiture et c'était idéal d'être au Palais. Le quartier est très calme la nuit. Nous avons fait toutes nos courses sur place. Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied, à vélo et en bus. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.
