Very nice apartment T2 renovated, close to the beaches, located on the ground floor, in a small quiet residence, well exposed (south) without vis-à-vis, entrance, closet, bathroom, (shower, washing machine) kitchenette equipped (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher ...) living room, lounge, (TV, DVD) bedroom 140 bed, 2 sofa beds 90, large protected terrace, 150 M2 of fenced land not overlooked, local bicycle, 2 parking spaces. 300 m from the beaches, spa, tennis, swimming pool, golf, equestrian center, shops, bars, restaurants, casino…

Points d’amélioration suggérés : La copropriété et le rez de jardin manquent d'entretien. Le logement pourrait avoir été mieux nettoyé (four par exemple), la kitchenette est sous dimensionnée et la serrure de la porte d'entrée capricieuse. Ok quant au reste (situation, ...). Cordialement.

TRES BONNE LOCATION
Location très bien pour 4 personnes, l'appartement est très fonctionnel avec plein de vaisselle et le petit jardin clos est un super +, le tout à 5mns. de la plage. Le propriétaire au Tél. est très arrangeant (j'ai pu venir avec mes 2 chats) et la personne sur place qui nous réceptionne est adorable, elle a fait 2 A.R. pour venir nous chercher tous les 4 à la gare avec nos bagages. Je recommande bien sûr cette location où nous avons passé un super séjour. A l'occasion d'un retour sur Quiberon je reviendrai dans cette location.
