This spacious 2-room apartment is 62 m² with a terrace of 13.5 m² overlooking a quiet street. It was refurbished in 2023 and is located in a pleasant, commercial and super chic area of the 6th arrondissement of Paris, 2 steps from Saint-Germain des Prés.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator of a secure building from 1973 with a small garden overlooking the courtyard. It offers a large living/dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet.
It offers all the quality services to accommodate 2 people on a leisure or business trip (and occasionally sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room). All the bay windows are new and double glazed, the shutters are electric. The apartment is not suitable for children, the neighbors are sensitive to noise.
The nearest metro station is Duroc.
