The property also easily connects to the multi-use pedestrian path leading to shops, bars, restaurants, and the St. George Island Lighthouse. The complex is bordered to the east by St. George Island State Park, offering a pristine slice of coastal habitat to explore.

A vibrant, beach-themed decor helps to set the tone for your stay while contemporary essentials like a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer ensure complete carefree convenience. Smart TVs and free WiFi are equipped for web browsing, streaming, or even remote working. Communal on-site grills give you the option to cook up a fresh seafood feast for your guests.

Second stay at this unit and it won’t be the last. Unit is fairly updated and right on the beach which is a plus. Had everything we needed for 7 people and children. WiFi and service for us was very spotty or non existent at this end of the island but that is a a small concern when on vacation!

Great proximity to the beach (boardwalk is right off the back deck) and you have amazing ocean front views from master bedroom, living room, and back deck. Kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean upon arrival. We did not hear the guests in the neighboring units. The only negatives were how uncomfortable the king bed was for us (lumpy mattress) and that the main TV wouldn't work as a smart TV. We had an amazing vacation as a family of 4. We would definitely return to this rental!

The condo was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The check-in process was very easy and the updates were great. We loved how close the unit is to the beach. There are ample deck chairs so the entire family can enjoy the outdoor views. There is plenty of comfortable seating and the TV was nice and big so that binging TV on a stormy day was relaxing. There is room for the owner to improve the overall experience. The nonstick pans were all scratched up and not usable. The washing machine smelled horribly moldy and the rubber gasket surrounding the front load machine was black with nasty mold and mildew that could not be scrubbed off. It was disgusting. The master bed was extremely soft and hammock like. But the biggest complaint is the AC unit makes an enormous loud clanking sound when running which happens to literally vibrate the second bedroom floor such that it makes going to sleep impossible. The only solution is to turn the air up high enough so it doesn’t run but then it’s very hot and stuffy at night. We’ve stayed in another unit and the AC did not do this.
