This home has four inviting suites, each with a private bath and access to a covered deck. Very comfortable, well furnished, close to the beach, elevator was tricky at first but once you got to using it it was a great convienience, enjoyed the porch decks, beautiful pool, we will be back next year! Thank You

This property was very roomy. We found everything to be clean and in working order. Everyone had their own space and our family was also comfortable in the spacious living room. Kitchen had all the accessories that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated. The view of the bay was beautiful. The walk to the beach was short. We are looking forward to renting this house again.

We rented this house on the bay to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. He loves dock fishing and placing crab traps out with our boys. On his birthday in early April, I showed him the listing, which included pictures of the dock. He was thrilled and we booked it on 4/9. However, we had several issues. There was no accessible dock for fishing or crabbing. The dock was being torn down (a barge removed the pillars) during our stay. This was very frustrating! After complaining to Vacasa, they asked us to prove it by sending screenshots of the listing (unrealistic), which no one has, given the listing is available online. The owners removed the dock from the photos in mid-April after several complaints but no renters were notified. Also, the upstairs AC was not working when we arrived. I ended up figuring out the problem, which was that the temperature sensor was placed in the coolest closet (away from windows and light). When I moved the sensor to the main area, the AC started working properly. Also, the house needs a broom and basic cleaning supplies for guests to use to keep things clean and tidy. The living room TV wasn't working (no streaming, no internet), but maintenance came out to replace it. The elevator was also not working but maintenance fixed the elevator halfway through our stay. Lastly, the shower drain on the 2nd level was clogged (not draining/overflowing) and was in need of maintenance. It's a lovely house that we would rent again if the issues are addressed.
