Barbara Ann's Happy Place

The location was awesome. The place is well maintained.

The person who cleaned the place a 50% job. There were fingerprints on the sliding glass doors. Plastic bottles on socks on the bedroom floors and my favorite was all the dog hair under the sheets in the master bedroom. Called to report the problem to the rental company but there was no one at the office so I left a message on their machine. Buy the third day I called them back ang got not much response from the rental company. I am glad I didn't have a real problem like the AC unit not working.

We rent a beach house every summer for a week and this was one of the best if not THE BEST. The location was amazing and the house was clean when we arrived. Also the A/C had the house very comfortable when we arrived which never happens, it's usually turned way up, we really appreciated that!

The only thing we would have liked was the elevator. The house has one but it was not functioning. Which was understandable since it wasnt rented as having one but with all the stairs it would have been a great bonus.
