The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Wonderful townhouse. Everything is as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Location is very convenient to enjoy all activities and attractions in the Winter park area. Lovely upscale finishes, generous space for families to enjoy while offering comfortable private accommodations. Very clean, organized and well maintained.

Stayed over Labor Day Weekend 2025. Many fun activities nearby and the well-stocked accommodations were a big part of our spectacular trip. This cool mountain retreat was clean and well maintained. Rooms and Beds were comfortable and cozy. The large kitchen and outdoor grill made home cooked meals easy. Nearby restaurants were excellent. Trails for hiking, biking moments from the front door. All the latest technology was available. Cool evenings around the propane fire pit on the top deck made for great conversations.
Use the perks offered! Saved a lot of $$. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home. Very clean. The layout was perfect for our group. Kitchen was stocked, even had some spices. The jacuzzi was a great bonus. Pool towells were provided. The kids even fished on the bridge. It was so close we could speak to each other from the deck. The only downside was, we werent able to get the fire going on the patio table. The boys were tired and didnt want to mess with it much. Could have been operator error . It was a wonderful stay.

This condo was absolutely amazing! We loved everything about it. The beds were so comfortable and clean, the house was beautifully decorated and stored with everything we needed. The kids loved the hot tub just right outside the basement door. It was nice and private from both decks, and just minutes to Winter Park!
