Grand Park is centrally located to downtown Winter Park and Fraser, only a 15~20 min walk. The neighborhood has an extensive network of trails and a Frisbee golf course. It is the perfect balance of being close to it all but still very private. It is not uncommon to wake-up to a Moose in the backyard looking for its breakfast. Soak in your own private 8 person hot tub.

This is a great property in a great location. We had 8 people in total in our group and this home is laid out very well to accommodate everyone comfortably. Would recommend this property and we will be back in the future!

We had an amazing pre thanksgiving trip with our family at this vacation home. When we return to winter park/ Frasier this will be our go to spot!!

We loved Ian's place! Everything you need all right there! Location was great to visit other areas, lots of hiking/fishing options, fabulous breweries for us adults to try, lots of places to eat and groceries close by and of course a Starbucks available!
