Excellent Location between Fraser and Winter Park. Restaurants and Grocery within minutes. House was in excellent condition.

Could not have asked for a better location. Tons of space, very well decorated and clean. Love the hot tub.

We showed up to piles and piles of trash in the garage. We even sent them pictures. There was no dishwasher soap and Vacasa was completely 100% unavailable and unresponsive on to text, voice call or email. Thank goodness we didn’t have any urgent need because you would be left on your own. For the excessive fees charged by these management companies I would expect more. Overall i will try to avoid properties managed by Vacasa.
