Beautiful property in a great location! We loved the layout that had everything for our family. The only thing that would have made it better was one extra set of bath and kitchen towels! There was a single towel for the kitchen, a single hand towel for each bathroom, and a single bath towel for each potential occupant. Luckily, we only had 4 people AND there is a washer/dryer that works great! Otherwise, it was perfect!

Our family spent a few days hiking in the Frazer area. We enjoyed the deck and every bedroom having its own restroom was a big hit for the family. Room to play card games and dominos.

The property was clean, great location and communication with contact persone was good.The driveway and sidewalk to the front door were snow packed and icy. There were no extra towels made available, there was no code or clicker given for the garage door and we had to slip and slide our way to the front door- go inside and open the garage door from inside.We loved the location and layout of the townhouse.

My family recently stayed at this lovely home and found it to be well stocked and clean and very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable! We enjoyed both decks in what was a very quiet neighborhood. Our host was very responsive when there was confusion over the entry code but we received the correct code within a few minutes. Would definitely return!

The unit was new, clean and nice. It was axactly as the listing portrayed. Communication with landlord was quick and easy. Checkout was simple and not a burden. The pkace was very cozy. No complaints. They should be this easy!

We loved this place. Spacious with all the things we could have needed. It snowed the whole time we were there and was so beautiful - the snowman building pieces and sleds provided were such a fun bonus! Location was perfect and the views were beautiful. Host was very responsive.

We stayed with another family (4 adults, 4 kids total) and this condo was perfect. There were two rooms with large beds (one king, one queen) for the parents and one room with three double beds for our girls. Our 14 yr old son slept on the pull-out sofa bed in the upstairs TV room. Everyone was comfortable and there were plenty of toilets (4) and showers (3) to keep everyone happy. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies that we needed along with some basic pantry items (salt, pepper, oil, etc) that we forgot. Plenty of storage for ski gear in the garage and boots just inside the door. It was nice to have two living room/ TV areas. The kids hung out together upstairs and the parents were able to cook and socialize downstairs. There is a Lift bus stop just behind the condo. It is supposed to be every 30 minutes but it's not totally reliable. It seemed like reliability was very dependent on the driver of the day. Check the Lift app before you leave the condo.

Our family of 6 adults had a great 5-night stay over Christmas break. A lot of room to spread out, comfortable furniture and beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful views from every window and a short, less than 10 minute drive to the base of WP resort. We would definitely stay here again.

The Frasier Retreat was immaculate, comfortable, well-stocked with everything we needed, and a great location. Hiking and snow shoeing out the back door and easy access to Winter Park/Mary Jane. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. We will stay again!

Place was nice just had issues with the code when we got there. Also did not see the laundry room that was advertised, unless it was one of the locked doors throughout the condo. I also was told to email 30 minutes before we got there and they would turn the heat on which I did but heat was not turned on(cold night) but no big issue. The place was clean and nice but could use an upgrade on pots and maybe some mixing bowls would be nice.

Our family of 7 had the best Christmas getaway at this property. Pictures are accurate and property was well maintained. Use of garage was a plus! We cooked and baked and found adequate pans and baking sheets for both. Absolutely loved the property and highly recommend it!

Our family of 6 stayed in this house for a week. It was great, we will definitely stay here again. Location was great, close to Fraser for supermarket, liquor stores etc…. House was well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Communication with host was second to none! Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property was excellent. The townhouse provided all the things needed to make our stay wonderful. The location was perfect with a clear view of the slopes. Great place with lots of room! We had 5 adults and 3 teenagers and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other! Bus stop just around the corner but I wouldn’t walk to Main Street from there.
