A pastry from the bakery, dinner at Koko’s Restaurant, an afternoon at the arcade, and all of Town Center’s wonderful offerings are just outside your front door, and the beach is just a short walk west.
Completed in 2023, this cozy townhome is filled with natural light thanks to an abundance of windows that offer views of the ocean, the courtyard, and the town. When you’re not out exploring the town or the beach, the open-concept main floor is a fantastic space to connect with your favorite people.
Whether it be a chilly winter day or a warm summer evening, enjoy the ambiance created by the electric fireplace as you kick back on the living room sofas. The Smart TV offers the ability to connect to your preferred streaming platforms, or simply turn on some music and enjoy each other’s company. French doors off the living room lead to a small balcony facing the courtyard - great for soaking in the ocean air with a good book or beverage.

We had a great time staying at this house. It is less than 2 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. This made our stay less stressful and relaxing because this was a last minute decision since we are all busy but we had a quality time. Also very clean and completely stock with basic essentials - toiletries, towels, trash bags, paper towels.

New, clean and great location! Steps away from the local coffee stop and bakery! Right in the center of town but tucked away from main roads which was perfect. All eateries, grocery and shops are within short walking distance and access to the beach is just a couple blocks away. Great property and locations. Preferences to keep in mind that this is a 3 story townhome so several staircases to keep in mind and beds were on the firm side. Overall wonderful property and fantastic location.

The location was prime, but truck wouldn't fit in garage and hard to navigate the narrow street to park next to it but ample parking on Front. This should be disclosed. Also, the add says two bathrooms which was the biggest issue for us as it was one full and two halves only allowing one shower for four people was a bit inconvenient. Add should also be updated to state King in one bedroom and two twins in the other, as current ad says queen in guest room. Lots of stairs but not an issue for us but could be for another guest. three flights to bedrooms. Loved Seabrooke and next time will find a house with a porch to enjoy the outdoors more. Ammenities were amazing in the community. Loved the local vibe.
