The home is a thoughtfully stocked, family friendly beach townhome in the heart of Seabrook’s town center. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or a weeklong stay, you’ll find everything you need to settle in and make the most of your time together.

House Layout Overview:
First Floor: Front door entryway, private small car garage, laundry area, and back door leading directly to a shared courtyard.
Second Floor: Main living area featuring an open-concept living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, half bathroom, and balcony overlooking the courtyard with a gas grill.
Third Floor: Master bedroom and kids double bunk room, along with a shared full bathroom.

Primary Bedroom:
Located on the third floor, the master bedroom features a queen bed, 48” Roku TV and desk setup.

Kids Bunk Room:
Also on the third floor, two built-in bunks with individual lights and privacy curtains, 32” TV with a DVD player & DVD’s, toys, books, train table, and reading nook.

Kitchen:
Located on the second floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for family meals, snacks, and beach picnics. Includes kids’ dish-ware and even a mini play kitchen so little chefs can join the fun too.

Dining Room:
Adjacent to the kitchen is an expandable dining room table that seats the whole family and is perfect for everything from meals to board games.

Living Room:
The living room is located on the second floor and provides ample seating with an Arcade 1UP including 12 games, a 43” Smart TV (Roku & cable), Xbox One, games, puzzles, and books. Additionally you have access to the balcony to overlook the courtyard and BBQ.
*We have a handful of Xbox games but feel free to bring your own!

Outdoor Space:
Ospreys’ Perch is a townhome located in the Seabrook Town Center. Out back, you’ll find a shared courtyard that features a community fire pit. The beach trail is a 5 minute walk away.

**Please Note:
- Seabrook is an expanding community, which means that while you’ll enjoy brand new shops, restaurants, and trails—construction noise may occasionally occur.
- We do not offer access to Seabrook's Pools/Gym and we will not charge a resort fee. Please book directly with Seabrook Rentals to utilize the swimming pools.

Seabrook is a charming coastal community located on the stunning Washington State coastline, along the Olympic Peninsula. This picturesque town is perfectly situated for easy access to pristine beaches, lush forests, and the tranquil beauty of the Pacific Ocean.

-Dining: Enjoy a variety of dining options with 8 unique restaurants, ranging from casual eateries to fine dining, catering to all tastes.

-Shopping: Explore 12 shops featuring clothing, home decor, a toy store, and a dog store. Perfect for finding unique gifts and souvenirs.

-Entertainment: An arcade provides fun for all ages, and the community hosts various events and activities throughout the year.

-Recreation: Stay active with numerous recreational facilities, including:
-Pickleball, tennis, badminton, and bocce ball courts (bring your game material).

**Our scheduled garbage pickup is on Tuesday mornings. If your stay includes a Monday night, we kindly ask for your help in rolling the garbage and recycling bins out of the garage.

**Please note that as the Seabrook community continues to grow, there may be construction activity during your stay. We have a sound machine available for guests during their stay.
