"Drift Away" at The Ocean Gallery

"Drift Away" in our breathtaking beach retreat, only steps away from the ocean, and the perfect vacation. Located at The Ocean Gallery in St. Augustine Beach, Florida, in a spectacular, immaculately maintained private community. One the most sought after destinations in Florida, known for its tropical atmosphere, perfect beaches, minutes from historical downtown Saint Augustine, and easy going resort vibe. Drift Away overlooks The Las Palmas pool, hot tub, perfect after a day of fun in the sun.

The space
The condo is located on the 2nd Floor has been completely renovated in 2022 and first listed for rentals in 2023. The primary bedroom has a king adjustable bed and 55" TCL Roku Tv. The primary bedroom also has a dresser, 2 nightstands, closet and vanity area with sink outside of the bathroom. The bathroom downstairs has rain shower with access from primary and hallway. 2nd Bedroom is upstairs with closet and dresser. The 2nd bedroom has a bathroom with vanity, shower and tub. The Kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and all Brand New LG appliances, French Door Fridge, Microwave Oven, Oven, Stove Top, Keurig K-Duo, (Brews Pots of Coffee as well as K-Cups), Garbage Disposal and Farm Sink. The living room is a Queen Sleeper (Gel Mattress-Upgraded) Sofa, 2 Chairs and 2 ottomans and a 65" LG Smart TV. The kitchen has a table that sits 4 and the counter top bar has 4 barstools. The patio has a teak table seats 4. All rooms have a ceiling fan with remotes.

Guest access
Guests will have full access of the entire condo, pools, hot tubs, workout room, sauna, playground and sports courts. Our beach storage unit is located at the bottom of stairs which includes, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, cooler and wonder wheeler beach cart. The only exception is the locked owner’s closet that houses supplies.

(No one likes to have rules but necessary for the future enjoyment of guests)
Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside or on balcony of condo.
Absolutely NO PETS (No Exceptions)
Absolutely NO PARTIES
No Wet Bathing Suits on Furniture
Please do not spray sunscreen inside Condo
Keep doors and windows closed at all times
All furniture must be kept in original position except if Sleeper Sofa is used.

We recommend adding travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June-Oct), or in case an unexpected event arises and you need to cancel.

The HOA requires a simple registration form to be completed to issue a parking pass. After booking I will email this to you, and you can return it to me via email or messenger. If you don’t have access to a printer we can make alternate arrangements.
