Villa de Charme Face au Ventoux, à 1km du Village Avec Piscine Chauffée

The garden is really nice and well maintained while offering plenty of seating options. Oh, and what a view! The fence around the pool was very convenient for us as we were travelling with 2 small children (below 5 years old). Splendid pool!!! The house is clean, kitchen is well equipped. Beds are on the hard side (but that is very personal of course). The only "issue" we experienced was some noise from drills etc from construction sites in the surroundings.

Absolutely excellent holiday home, spacious, nicely furnished, multiple beautiful terraces with a gorgious view on the Mont Ventoux. Private pool with lots of privacy. Beautiful surroundings. Altogether: excellent!

Nice house ,great holiday, we would hope to go again, but you might save yourself initial disappointment if you know that it is not situated in the vines. We were disappointed when we arrived to find it in a small estate of houses, and physically surrounded by houses. The terrain is steep, so there is literally a house above, one on either side and also below. Indeed, the wall of one of the neighbouring houses formed the backdrop to the other end of the pool, though does not overlook. Also, there is a small vacation village on the development, and the first weekend ( a holiday weekend), the noise from their guests went on until about 10 pm. We probably noticed it more as we were only 2. However, once you enter , we found the house and garden to be a delight, not overlooked, and mostly very quiet. Sitting on the terrace, gazing over the trees in the garden towards the hills was a lovely, peaceful experience. The shade offered by the beautifully appointed dining area, complete with charming table and buffet, was much appreciated. We spent most of the time outdoors.There is a small lawn adjacent to the terrace, and below that the shady garden area with well kept trees. We also enjoyed the flowers and lovely huge lavender bushes. The pool was heated just enough, though because of all the leaves and stuff that had fallen from the trees, I assume in spring, you need to be quick at getting the cover on if the wind whips up, or there is a lot of poolcleaning.. The pool has generous space around it, a poolhouse, table tennis and 8 good pool loungers. There were more loungers on the terrace as well as lovely iron armchairs and the thoughtful provision of several sunshades. It is the best appointed house we have stayed in. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the drinks in the fridge (for all ages) most welcome. We enjoyed Mollans, visited local markets and several of Les Plus Beaux Villages En France. Vaison La Romaine was stunning both for the Roman remains and the Medieval town. The owner was also charming at dealing with my very basic french when we were booking, so we managed to arrange everything . We would recommend this lovely property to anyone, couples, groups of friends and families, the outside space is cleverly divided up so that children can be playing in the pool, others can sunbathe, whilst someone who preferred a gentler afternoon could be reading in the shade of one of the trees.
