Ile Saint Louis

It afforded someone who is traveling a lovely location on an island in Sain two locate and move around Paris. The landlord was wonderful and she took me on the second day because she’s worried I didn’t have enough cold weather clothes, she took me to a men’s store and we bought some sweaters and a adult coat which I really needed! She’s a very nice lady.

Quite frankly, the the apartment was seven floors of what I considered to be “handmade“ or at least antique stairs was a problem, especially for someone who did not do a lot of stair climbing before. Also, there was some weird thing with the key to the front door of the apartment that never seemed to unlock it correctly and then all of a sudden we’re just open that was just mysterious, but once I got up the stairs I still had to spend some time fiddling around with that key to figure out how to get it to actually unlock this huge antitheft lock.

L'appartamento è al sesto piano senza ascensore ma naturalmente non è migliorabile. Oltre questo aspetto porrei l'attenzione sull'accesso al letto sul soppalco e al suo utilizzo che non ci è risultato facile: forse il prezzo è un po' alto, anche se abbiamo avuto uno sconto sulle due cene che abbiamo fatto nel ristorante del gestore

La ubicación es inmejorable

No contaba con aire acondicionado 38 grados con un ventilador no alcanza, 6 pisos por escalera y que el sofá cama no se desplegaba completamente.

The location was quite good, near many attractions and shopping opportunities. The apartment worked reasonably well for us for the most part.

Since it was a loft apartment on the top floor, there were six flights of stairs (and no elevator). We managed, and appreciate the help from the host with carrying some of our luggage up. The bed up in the loft was okay, but the spiral stairs to reach it and the very low ceiling above the bed made it feel like we were camping. My wife felt claustraphobic up there and had trouble sleeping. We decided to open up the sofa bed on the main level of the apartment and sleep there. That worked much better for us. The wi-fi, once we could access it, worked well. However, the apartment's info sheet specified a 20-character password that turned out to have three characters in error. So we were unable to access wi-fi for several hours and spent much time in the attempt until we could contact the host and get this all straightened out. The bathroom was okay, but the shower door is quite narrow which made it awkward to enter or leave the shower.
