Welcome to my apartment! My modern and bright 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the heart of Le Marais, the centre of the French capital!
The Space:
Welcome to this 40m2 bright flat next to the emblematic centre of Paris, an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city.
This apartment features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and two cozy and quiet bedrooms, ideal for families! The apartment is accessed via an interior garden, away from the busy Parisian streets, an oasis by the city centre.
The unit has a capacity for up to 4 people distributed in 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed
Some special features!
- The apartment is accessed via a very nice and quiet interior GARDEN (this is shared with the owners of the building).
- Living room with an open layout to a small but well equipped kitchen
- AC portable machine located in the living room (ideal to cool down the entire apartment!)
- 1 full bathroom
- Paid parking off premises - walking distance from the apartment.
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please
- Fresh linens and bath towels will be provided.
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay

Located in the trendy Le Marais neighborhood, which is considered as one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. Le Marais is home to a number of interesting museums, such as Picasso National Museum, Le Centre Pompidou, Musée Carnavalet, Musée des Archives Nationales, among others. Place des Vosges, the oldest and considered most beautifully built square in Paris, is a mere 500m away. Walking distance to the two islands of Paris: Île de la Cité, where Notre-Dame Cathedral and Sainte-Chapelle are located and Île Saint-Louis. Very accessible as it is close to four Metro stations: Sully-Morland (230m), Saint-Paul (350m), Pont-Marie (450m), and Bastille (550m).

- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a
deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Overall the host was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests and inquiries. The place has all the necessary amenities needed and location is very close to major sites and accessible to public transportation.

The location was perfect. Very convenient to where we wanted to visit. Host was responsive and considerate to our needs and schedule. Being able to do laundry was convenient.

Check in was easy, door code was sent in timely manner.We used just basic equipment in the kitchen, but pots and pans were available if needed.

We had a very bad experience checking in to this apartment.
Check-in is after 17.00 (which is very late by my standards), so we had stored our luggage with a nearby storage facility, while exploring Paris. We picked up the luggage to be at the apartment shortly after 17.
When we got there, the cleaning staff was still there and kindly informed us that we would not be able to get in until 18.45 - almost 2 hours later. The staff showed us a text message, that showed that she had been booked for this time-slot - so not her mistake.
We got hold of a friendly, but clueless customer service representative from the rental team - no help or compensation whatsoever.
We left our luggage at the apartment and went back out into the rain to wait at a nearby wine-bar.
When we finally got to the apartment, we were quite disappointed. I would call the images of the apartment downright misleading. Don't get me wrong - they are taken at the location, but they are taken in such a way that everything appears MUCH larger than it really is. The "living room / kitchen" and appears huge in the pictures. Maybe it is 15 m2.
The apartment listing on VRBO states that the appartment is 40 m2, which is probably accurate.
The good:
- Location is good.
- Clean
- 2 decent bedrooms with double beds
The bad
- Deceptive photos
- Problems with check-in
- Only 1 window to the outside
- Tiny toilet-room.
- The apartment is not terrible, but a lot of things were built by an amateur - not a real craftsman.
