Enjoy staying in the heart of Île Saint-Louis with this lovely 1-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 36 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Saint-Louis en l'Île in the heart of Île Saint-Louis. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a shower room; the toilet is in a separate water closet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 4th arrondissement is the historic heart of the Marais, one of Paris’s most iconic and beloved neighbourhoods. Cobbled streets lined with medieval and Renaissance buildings give way to art galleries, Jewish delis, vintage boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The neighbourhood is home to Place des Vosges — Paris’s oldest planned square — as well as the Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Centre Pompidou. Everything is walkable, and the atmosphere is buzzing throughout the week and into the weekend.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Very central place and the Saint-Louis Island has some “village” vibe to it. Very safe and easy to get anywhere. The property itself is well appointed and clean. We stayed in July, and although it was hot outside, the temperature inside was manageable. It’s also very quite compared to what you could expect being I. Such a central spot. It’s a minor annoyance to have to go to the local supermarket to retrieve the keys—and bring them back, especially before an early trains.there is actually a financial penalty for not returning the keys to drop-off box at the supermarket, which was was not disclosed upfront. The supermarket opens at 8:45, so be prepared to pay a 50 euro penalty if your trains leaves earlier. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay if you want to be in central Paris.

The location is everything. Very charming courtyard , quiet and safe with cute restaurants nearby. The apartment was lovely. Picking up and returning the keys was easy. The apartment was very hot when we arrived because it was mid 90s outside. There was one fan in the main room, but the bedroom was extremely warm. We requested a second fan and the owner was able to have it dropped off the next day which was helpful for our second night. The bedroom was small with no space to walk around the foot of the bed. My daughter was able to climb in and out with no problem, but good to know. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location! Clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the team. 2 negative points - the key drop and getting the deposit back. We left on a Sunday and couldn't drop the key before 9am. That delayed our plans for the day. Also, it takes 14 business days / 3 weeks after departure for the deposit to be returned. That seems excessive.
