Cosy place - 15 min walk from city hall

Clean (spotless actually) and well equipped place, with all the appliances you would want in an apartment, attention to details and lovely old pictures of Deva displayed on several walls. Small things like providing slippers made us feel welcome, almost at home.

The mattress type may not suit everyone’s preferences. We are more accustomed to foam mattresses, while this one is a traditional spring mattress and felt a bit firm for us. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful, peaceful, very spacious!

Absolutely wonderful! Spacious, extremely clean and beautifully presented apartment, lovely peaceful neighbourhood within easy walking distance of lots of amenities. Host goes above and beyond, very, very helpful!! 🫶🏻 I enjoyed my stay very much and hope to book for again for my next visit to Deva! If this apartment is available for your dates snap it up! A real gem.

Cute and cosy apartment, perfect if you visit local attractions.

The apartment is beautifully renovated, it's very cozy and comfortable. It is very clean and everything looks like used for the first time. We stayed just one night, but we would have liked to stay more if we had the time. We arrived very late in the night and the little things that the host has prepared for us were exactly the extra touch that made our stay a memorable one - beds were made and ready for a family stayover with kids, bath had everything needed, we had coffee for morning and a very nice prepared guide with local attractions. We had absolutely everything we needed for a short stop over, so we didn't have to bring in a full luggage and everything at a very good price. The location is close to the city center, in a quiet area and if you like short walks it's in easy reach of restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive and very nice. We also had a parking spot. We totally recommend this accommodation.

Will book again!

Fast response after booking the appartment, to clarify how to get the keys. I decided to use whatsapp for that. We got friendly english replies with the help of a translator app everything was handled. Rooms where as the pictures showed, nice, warm and clean. Books and a few toys where available. Exceeded my expectations as we also found free coffee and hot chocolate. The appartment is at the base floor, so no hassle to get the luggage in.Now we will always look out for accomodations like this one. We look forward to our next stay, planning a longer vacation in Deva.

The bed is very soft and not 2 meters wide. So sleeping with two young childs there was not possible. My husband had to use the other room with the couchbeds. He told me he slept well but they are so narrow that the blanket will be able to fall out on every side. The room would be bug enough to put you own babybed if wanted The gas heater for water went on and off, so the shower had unsteady water tempretures.

Merita cu siguranta sa mergeti daca trebuie sa stati in Deva. Raport pret calitate foarte bun.

Apartamentul este foarte frumos, primitor, curat. Am primit repede toate detaliile de la gazda: locatie, cod pentru cheie. Daca trebuie sa stati in Deva, merita.

Vecinii care se aud de deasupra de parca sunt cu tine in casa, indiferent ca e dimineata/seara. Usa de la intrare in bloc, se deschide greu cu cheia si e neplacut mai ales cand ai bagaje si nu le poti pune pe jos. Nu este loc de parcare dedicat, trebuie pusa masina pe alee/strada dar daca nu va deranjeaza asta, e ok. Apa la dus e cand calda, cand rece, nu poti face un dus fierbinte iarna sau cel putin asa s-a nimerit la mine in seara pe care am petrecut-o acolo.

O locație excepțională, recomand din suflet!

Locația este aproape de cetate, aproape de centrul orașului și are câteva magazine locale de unde îți poți cumpăra orice dorești. Apartamentul este foarte frumos mobilat și utilat, ai tot ce îți trebuie și chiar mai mult (ața, ac, tampoane de menstruatie, dispozitive de curățat interdentar, la bucătărie tot ce îți trebuie inclusiv mașina de spălat de vase). Există loc de parcare, zona este liniștită și deși apartamentul este situat la parter, nu este deloc zgomotos (blocul este situat pe o străduță, nu direct la bulevard, iar vecinii sunt de bun simt și nu vorbesc tare seara când ies afară). Pentru confort și intimitate pe timpul nopții, toate geamurile sunt dotate cu transperante acționate manual și o parte din geamuri au plase de țânțari (doar cele folosite pentru aerisire). Gazda a fost foarte promptă în comunicare încă de când am efectuat rezervarea și mi-a răspuns instant când am ajuns la locație. Accesul în bloc se face ușor dacă nimerești codul de acces din prima prima (căsuța de depozitare a cheilor este pe sistem touch și este foarte sensibilă și poți tasta de două ori aceeași cifră și nu îți mai ia codul de acces corect).

Sistemul de canalizare la baie este deficitar.

Curat, mobila moderna, aparatura electrocasnica foarte buna. Un rezultat foarte bun obtinut pt un apartament intr-un bloc de locuințe de generație veche.

Super mieszkanie

Bardzo komfortowe i czyste mieszkanie. Blisko twierdzy i 15min do centrum. Kontakt z właścicielami idealny. Dawno nie czułam się tak zaopiekowana. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko. Czajnik też był 😉 Pralka, zmywarka, w każdym pokoju i kuchni telewizor. No dla nas idealne miejsce na spędzenie kilku dni bo jeden to zdecydowanie za mało. Polecam zdecydowanie to miejsce i jakbym mogła daje 11 gwiazdek.

Cazare minunata!

Foarte curat, gazda foarte primitoare iar copiii au iubit fotoliile extensibile. Cu toate ca am rezervat tarziu gazda ne-a intampinat cu bratele deschise.

prizele au orificiile largi pentru stecherele vechi schuko iar incarcatoarele de telefon au picioruse subtiri, a fost greu (nu imposibil) sa incarcam telefoanele.
