Great holiday

I liked everything. We really enjoyed our stay at Green rooms Hunedoara. The apartment is clean and you have all the facilities you need. The host was very friendly.

The parking was a bit odd, but we still managed to get the car near the apartment. It's not a big deal.

It was a big apartment with a lot of facilities.

It was not properly cleaned. You had the feeling that you just do not want to touch anything.

Poorly kept and dirty apartment.

Apartment has wifi even though it was not mentioned in the description.

Apartment was not vacuumed or dusted. Cutlery drawer and counters were also dirty. The terrace was just a closed balcony and it faced the yard which was a dump site for old furniture. Wallpaper and cable holders were peeling off from the wall, and a chair's backside was broken and just rested against a wall. There was dampness in the bathroom and it smelled really bad if the door to the bathroom was kept closed. Doors were not closing properly and squeaked, the floor tiles were bent and wobbly and made funny noises. As location goes, it's rather hard to find a parking spot near the building.

Good price and the owner was flexible for late book. Parking is available around the corner in a restaurant parking lot free of charge.

The apartment was not very clean (dirt in corners, old crumbs in kitchen drawers, dirty carpets, strangers hair in shower drain, etc) although the sheets looked clean

apartamentul este mare, calduros, are doua dormitoare decente ca spatiu si mobila, bucatarie echipata, balcon, la 10-15 min de mers pe jos de centru

saltele paturilor sunt vechi si inconfortabile, te rostogolesti catre jumatate... igiena apartamentului lasa de dorit: de la prosoape vechi si patate, pana la vesela de bucatarie, toata parea ca a fost spalata cu apa rece si fara detergent... cuptorul mirosea a ranced, erau vase uleioase in el, filtru de cafea exista, dar cafea nu. multiple lucruri care necesita interventie imediata: colturi de plinte rupte, parchet umflat in unele locuri, in baie un miros constant de canal, etc. cu un mimim de efort ar putea fi super ok, dar nu a fost...

Nu a meritat deloc cazarea

Locația este aproape de centru, dar poate pentru ca orașul este destul de mic.

Apartamentul este într-o zona ciudata. Nu iti vine sa te mai cazezi acolo când vezi cum arata blocul și locația... Desi se oferă loc de parcare, este total fals. Locul de parcare este defapt în fața unui restaurant undeva la următoarea strada. Nu înțeleg de ce Booking accepta aceste asa zise "utilități". Proprietarul sau cel care se ocupa de apartament are o atitudine ciudata, puțin aroganta. Nu am auzit un "bună ziua" sau "la revedere" de la el. Măcar acolo un bun simț față de un turist care iti poate aduce alți potențiali clienți. Căldura din apartament a lăsat de dorit. Ai un termostat in apartament, dar nu poți seta temperatura. Temperatura este controlata de proprietar, cel mai probabil. Deși afara erau 3 grade și în interior 17, centrala nu a pornit. Probabil in aceste timpuri, a zis ca face economie pe sănătatea noastră. Telecomanda de la aparatul de AC nu există (în speranța că puteam folosi aparatul și pentru căldură). Un scaun din bucătărie era rupt. Dar proprietarul a lăudat acele jaluzele controlate prin telecomanda și ne-a făcut instructaj cum sa folosim televizorul. Sa nu mai zic ca am așteptat și la check in si la check out dupa el. Prețul exagerat de mare pentru asa condiții. 240 ron pentru o noapte este foarte mult pentru ce am găsit acolo. Am stat înainte cu o zi în Sibiu într-un cartier rezidențial cu locuri de parcare, absolut totul era ca în descriere și a costat 172 ron și proprietarul a avut bun simț și a vorbit frumos mereu. Ahh si nu am înghețat de frig. Am avut termostat care chiar a funcționat. Nu ma mai leg de miros, lenjerii, tapetul de pe perete etc.

Wyposażenie mieszkania nie budzi zastrzeżeń. Jest w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, działa klimatyzacja. Pokoje w miarę przestronne. Właściciel zrobił co mógł żeby wykrzesać z tej miejscówki miejsce nadające się do zamieszkania i za to szacunek.

Mieszkanie znajduje się w zrujnowanej kamienicy, która pamięta pierwszą połowę XX wieku. Tłumaczy to brak zdjęcia lokalu z zewnątrz. Korytarz prowadzący do lokalu zapuszczony, zagracony połamanymi sprzętami wyrzuconymi przez mieszkańców. Lokal pachnie stęchlizną. Łazienka w niskim standardzie, brodzik murowany z plastikową zasłonką, grzyb i kamień, niestety. Łazienka sąsiaduje z drugim mieszkaniem przez kratkę wentylacyjną, przez wpada dym papierosowy od sąsiada, korzysta ze swego prawa do palenia w swoim mieszkaniu. Dodaję zdjęcie, bo długo szukałem tego lokalu, jakoś nie mogłem uwierzyć, że to ta lokalizacja.
