Bell'appartamento in quartiere tranquillo, ombreggiato e silenzioso. Parcheggi liberi in zona. Vicino a pizzerie e ristoranti. Ottimo il consiglio del proprietario di arrivare in Bergamo Alta con 1 solo cambio di autobus, lasciando cos' ferma l'auto.
Quasi nulla: per accedere alla doccia si deve entrare nella vasca: scivolosa e senza tappetino antiscivolo.
