Cip Hotel & Spa - İstanbul Bakırköy City Center

- Location that was close to the train station making tourist attractions accessible, close to a port making cruises possible and close to good beaches. - Staff flexibility in meeting our expectations - Responsive and helpful staff members - Daily cleaning - Healthy breakfast with good variety - Shops and supermarkets nearby - Clean and beautiful corridors - Sauna, pool and hamam facilities

- Fittings were poorly done such as flimsy toilet role holder, faulty bedside drawer, broken TV remote, curtains kept falling off the top rail. - Furniture quality such as bathoom vanity unit, shower door or bidet were all poor quality and faulty- We could not waste our holiday chasing them to fix or replace stuff - Daily cleaning needed monitoring or corners would’ve been cut for instance some days a bin clearing was missed. - Poor sound insulation as we could hear neighbouring guests talking, flushing the toilet etc. - Lift was faulty and kept closing before everyone were off, at times scary as it would stop half way between two floors. - Gym was under construction and pool was not impressive - Triple rooms were small for three people

We really enjoyed in this hotel The area was amazing close to all the facilities ( train/tram/bus..) All kind of restaurants is around the hotel All nice and clean Including Swimming pool and hamam and sona and steam room All what any family need A big thank you to all the members staff specially Houda she was really professional.

The property is well maintained and the staffs were helpful expect the restaurant staff , Never bothered to ensure the full breakfast was offered to the guest until the end of the stipulated period
