For a night it was ok. Modern inside
Having a demand for £200 deposit the day before for damages. Changed the booking in time and cost £35, assumed for inconvenience of someone attending but turned out a key in a key box so total rip off really !! Boiler did not work (we were with a boiler engineer and he couldn't get it working), bannister not attached to the wall and fell off 1st time I used it, she said she was aware of it and thanked me for letting her know, small child could have been hurt by this. Pipe above front door from overflow leaked, had the boiler been working could have been extremely hot water pouring down over door outside. And welcomed by a decomposed dead blackbird at front of house. Made us laugh but others may not find so funny !!

Two nice big rooms, really nice decor and appliances
Hand rail had broken on the very steep stairs, not very safe for young kids. Shower water is angled very high and escaped out of the tub

Great value place close to the centre of Leeds, the area is sketchy but we didn’t have any issues
Great value for place to stay for a night out in Leeds. Only 5-10 minute taxi ride with plenty of Ubers available. The house inside is fairly newly furnished with clean bedding and towels etc. Easy to access the property using a lock box.
The area is pretty rough, although we didn’t have any issues and the car was parked safely outside overnight. The deposit is a bit of a pain but was returned a few days later without any issues. Downstairs smelled like it had been cleaned with a dirty mop.

Es una estafa al 100%
No pudimos dormir, porque la dirección que ponen es errónea cuando llamamos nos pidieron que le ingresáramos 200 libras y si no era imposible de que nos dieran la llave como no accedimos a ingresar nada en ninguna cuenta porque además no éramos de allí no teníamos cuenta y no entendíamos nos dejaron en la calle y tuvimos que irnos de vuelta cinco horas de trayecto hasta Londres, y perder nuestro dinero son unos ESTAFADORES
Cuando llegamos a la dirección era un barrio que daba un poco de miedo las calles estaban sucias. Las casas estaban como abandonadas tocamos el timbre y salió por la ventana un vecino que nos dijo que la casa era la número 39. Llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que era nuestro problema si no les ingresábamos las 200 libras no íbamos a dormir allí ,era un barrio que nos daba miedo lo de la foto es todo mentira engañan, poniendo otra dirección para que le llames y no den la cara y por teléfono te dicen que tienes que ingresarle 200 libras ES UNA ESTAFA. Quisimos ir a darle en dinero las 200 libras en efectivo y no querían. Querían un ingreso porque intuíamos que de esa manera nos iban a estafar y no nos lo iban a devolver nunca y quizás ni nos iban a dar el código o llave para dormir deberían ELIMINARLO de Booking SON ESTAFADORES
