The location is great, right in front of a lift that connects you to the main runs. The property is definitely older but has a nice Onsen, private bathrooms and the staff are really nice. Other little things like bathroom amenities (razors and shaving cream, soaps and women’s toiletries) are available for free. Plus a couple of vending machines! Oh and local shiga Kogen beer in the restaurant. The meals are a variety of salad, deep fried chicken, potato and some form of Japanese/chinese/Italian meat dish. Brekkie is much the same but with bacon and yogurt available. Plus drip coffee (sorry, no espresso) and bread.

The walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbours playing Kpop Demon Hunters Golden on repeat, listen to their conversations and hear their TV. The beds are very firm by western standards as are the pillows. There is so much old potential like an abandoned shopfront, pub style restaurant that are just left to ruin. Adding things like a basic freezer and some supplies to buy like chips, snacks, ice cream etc would be an easy win for them. For a solo traveller it’s pretty good though, but don’t expect anything to do at night (this is a shiga Kogen thing, not specifically Hotel St Moritz).

Location was great, close to ski lifts. Hotel was a little run down but clean. We had a western room and the beds were quite hard. I would stay there again but would book a Japanese style room.

It was a little overpriced.

ゲレンデの目の前で、駐車場も広く、立地が良いです。スタッフの方々が若くて対応がとても爽やか、良心的だと思いました。食事は朝夕ともにビュッフェで、手作り感のある品々でした。共有スペースが広めで、食後にコーヒーを飲みながら、ビリヤードで酔い覚ましできました。全館、空調は快適でした。

清掃は行き届いていると思いましたが、探し物でベッドの下をみたら、過去のゴミが見落とされてました。。施設の老朽化で部屋の端々に隙間がある、壁が薄く隣の声が響くなどはありました。
