    The rooms were not clean with dust and the blankets and pillows were stinking. The included breakfast was also not good also the plates, bowls and glasses were not clean properly.

    Check in was really miserable, the crowd which this hotel attracts is not what I expected. They have kept female receptionists but she has self developed a way to talk in a really straightforward and a rude way. You can’t get anything under 10 mins. I had to call 3 times to give towel and unfortunately I had to go down to collect it personally. Service is really bad it’s just a hotel with decent good interiors

    It truly felt like a home away from home. Our initial experience was absolutely exceptional, deserving a perfect score. Every aspect, including the staff, cuisine, and accommodations, was outstanding.

    Staff were rude, slow to our requests and not helpful. They were also constantly asking for ‘coffee money’ and making us extremely uncomfortable with the requests, setting timelines on when we should give them the ‘coffee money’ based on their availability and work schedule. They also posed intrusive questions to us.
