The room was very comfortable. Cleanliness was up to good standards. Staff was courteous & helpful.
The room intercom was not working efficiently and had lot of communication issues regarding contacting room service & reception. Also 1 of the elevator was not working leading inconvenience & waiting period.

Good clean rooms and facilities.Close to shopping mall.Friendly housekeeping and room service staff.
I stayed for 6+ nights. The buffet served was same everyday. The rooms especially the centre ones aren’t sound proof so you will hear conversations and TV noise coming from neighbours. Some of the staff at the reception were not very friendly. The hotel is advertised as 4*, but it’s at best an ordinary 3* hotel but unashamedly charged similar to 5* per night on some days. Definitely not worth the stay beyond 1-2 nights!!!
