Schöne Lage, Oberwirt (sehr zu empfehlen) ganz in der Nähe, ebenso der Peracher Badesee und der Innradweg. Selbstversorgung ist gut möglich, drei Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz.
Eine zweite Toilette wäre gut.

Die Küche und zwei der Schlafzimmer waren renoviert und durchaus in einem guten Zustand. Das Wohnzimmer und das dritte Schlafzimmer waren durch die dunkle Täfelung und die bunte Tapete hinter dem Fernseher sehr düster aber das ist sicherlich Geschmacksache. Die Ausstattung war gut, es fehlte an nichts.
Es geht gar nicht, dass die Treppe zur Wohnung kein Treppengelände hat, als älterer Mensch mit Gepäck ist das inakzeptabel. Das Bad müsste dringend renoviert werden, da reicht ein bisschen PVC in Fliesenoptik und ein paar neue Fliesen hinterm Klo nicht aus. Rauchmelder ohne Batterien, die auf der Garderobe liegen sind auch nicht zielführend! Die Raucherecke auf dem Balkon, ist echt nicht schön, übervoller Aschenbecher und alte Getränkedosen sind....

Located in a lovely quiet village. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge suite was very comfortable and the rural views were lovely. Nice balcony, washing maching and dishwasher very handy.
The stairs don't have a hand-rail so you need to be very careful. No door on one bedroom (off lounge).

Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter. Sehr geräumige Wohnung. See ganz schnell fußläufig erreichbar.
Nur dass es lediglich 4 Tassen und keine Teekanne gab. Konnten uns aber behelfen😉
