Haus am Eck - Gästehaus und Appartements

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt - nur wenige Minuten in die Stadt. Parkplatz gleich neben dem Haus. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super.

Leider ging die Heizung im Badezimmer nicht

This is a new, modern and very comfortable apartment in a quiet and safe area. The host provides complimentary basic kitchen supplies, water and wine - a welcoming touch. There is onsite parking, two spots partially under cover. There is air conditioning and heating. Excellent internet. The location is ideal - everything is in walking distance. Shops, restaurants etc. The main pilgrim site, Kapellplatz, is 2-3 minutes walk, mostly on pedestrian paths. The host is friendly and welcoming. Also flexible to a request for a later check out time.

The host does not live on the premises. Have to arrange a time to meet for check in and check out. If you are early or late, it becomes inconvenient. We arrived earlier than expected, but our phone was giving trouble and we couldn't reach the host to arrange an earlier time. This is the only property that we have stayed in that requires a 50 euro cash bond in advance. It was not an issue for us and was fully refunded when we left. Just feels like a lack of good faith in guests, though l understand the property is new and in good condition.
