The location was excellent especially for the beach.

Location was excellent and the rooms were very good. WiFi a bit hit and miss at times but it wasn't a problem. The lean-to was a bonus.
The Old Shipyard flats were quite run down looking, especially the rather derelict looking garages where the parking was situate, so we did wonder what we had booked into. However, we were very pleased with the rooms when we found them. For Apartment 7 a bit more info on where it is would have been helpful as it was raining when we arrived and we had to hunt for it round the back!

The location was excellent, the accommodation was adequate for our needs.
Although it was tidy, it wasn't particularly clean, our dog spoilt his water and my socks were black after I inadvertently stepped in it.
